New Participants
We accept requests for new participants in our Supported Living program on an ongoing basis, but all requests must be made through a County Disabilities Office.
If you are interested in participating in one of our other programs, please inquire directly with program staff.
If you have not yet qualified for services, your County Disabilities Office will be able to help with the eligibility requirements and the intake process.
