Help create a successful future for young adults!
Dream Builders Alliance volunteer mentors support young adults experiencing disability in their journey to adulthood.
Mentors provide young adults support to develop goals and build vocational skills while exploring personal interests. Activities could include riding public transit, arranging informational interviews, attending college classes, or just going out in the community and having fun. Each activity is customized to the young adult and the mentor’s skills and interests.
- Mentors will meet with their young adult participant for 2-5 hours per week
- Travel and activity expenses are reimbursed
- $75 stipend for each mentor following active participation and completion of the program
