Dream Builders Alliance is a transition-age program that provides young adults experiencing disability with mentorship, and equips their families with resources to support them in building toward their future.
Young adults are matched with a one-on-one mentor to help them set goals and develop skills. Parents, guardians, and other family members engage in a series of education workshops to help them prepare for their youth’s transition to adulthood.Learn more about the Dream Builders Alliance program
Family Support Program
The Family Partnership program provides support to individuals experiencing disabilities who live in their family’s home.
